You will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls from a list of interested prospects inquiring about our products & services
  • Qualifying prospective customers for our services
  • Validating prospective customers’ contact & addresses in our CRM system
  • Generating leads & appointments for our Outside Sales Teams
  • Build rapport and professionalism with client a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
  • Effectively answer questions posed by clients

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior call center, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
  • Basic Organizational Competencies (detail oriented, prepared, punctual)
  • Excellent Oral Communication Skills (phone & email)
  • The ability to handle heavy call & email volume (50-150 calls per day)
  • The ability to achieve personal & departmental goals
  • Be able to complete daily tasks under some autonomy
